At Genesis we are passionate about detail and this is reflected in everything that we do. We have earned a reputation for excellence and providing a superb service not only at our stunning base in the Wye Valley, but also at events all over the country.

Our kitchens are run by catering professionals, who deliver training to some of the biggest names in the business and maintain the highest standards of integrity. 

All our food is prepared by us, freshly to order, right down to our biscuits and cookies. we do not use any frozen food and we only select the best, fresh ingredients often from local growers and farmers.

We care about the environment, buying locally means less "food miles" and less packaging. Cooking our food freshly to order ensures less wastage, we recycle all our glass, cardboard and paper and compost our vegetable waste.
